On June 30, the Office of Planning released the public comment draft of the RFK Campus Master Plan. The master planning process kicked off in 2025 and represents the perspectives of hundreds of residents, community stakeholders, and government agency staff.

RFK Campus Master Plan – Public Comment Draft
The release kicks off a 45-day public comment period that ends on August 14. We are excited for members of the community to review the draft master plan and share their feedback!

The master plan:
- Outlines the District’s vision in coordination with community stakeholders and agency partners,
- Describes the land uses and development program for the site, including housing and retail,
- Identifies key amenities to serve current and future resident needs,
- Coordinates overall planning and site design with the new stadium and related development plans,
- Integrates the new development with surrounding neighborhoods and offer improved access to the waterfront,
- Provides guidance on urban design, parks, open space and the street network, and
- Recommends zoning designations for each district within the site.
